Annual HOA Dues + Online processing Fee

Your HOA dues help preserve the beauty, value, and quality of life within the Yorktown community. Contributions support the maintenance of common areas, landscaping, community improvements, and other services that help keep Yorktown a welcoming place to call home.

For your convenience, homeowners may securely pay their dues online and Includes credit card processing fees. Homeowners paying by check may pay $165.00. Thank you for investing in our community and helping make Yorktown a wonderful place to live.
